About the Role
Capital Vacations is seeking a high-performing Voyage Sales Manager to lead our Voyage sales team at Silver Lake Resort. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven sales leader who thrives on the floor, excels at T.O.s, and knows how to drive production through coaching, accountability, and leadership by example.
The ideal candidate is a strong closer who can quickly assess opportunities, maximize tour potential, and develop sales professionals into top performers. This leader will play a critical role in driving revenue, improving team performance, and creating a winning sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily performance of the Voyage sales team.
  • Provide hands-on T.O. support and assist representatives in closing deals.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals through real-time feedback and training.
  • Drive key performance metrics including close percentage, VPG, penetration, and overall production.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and implement action plans to achieve goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and consistent execution.
  • Review sales reports and performance metrics to monitor trends and drive results.
  • Partner with site leadership to ensure staffing, training, and operational needs are met.
  • Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example.
