Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | 2026-2027 School Year | Maywood, IL | Up to $75/hour 

Hello BCBAs,
Come work with a local, women, and therapist-founded company committed to elevating your experience as a school-based professional. Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles for the upcoming the 2026–2027 school year

Position Details

  • Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week
  • Start Date: August 2026
  • Location: In-person, Maywood-Melrose Park-Broadview School District 89 
  • Role Focus:
  • Coach and support school staff
  • Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors
  • Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams
  • Set and support academic and behavioral goals
  • Create teacher-friendly data collection systems
  • Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders
  • This role does not include RBT supervision

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid BCBA license in Illinois
  • School-based experience preferred and IL PEL preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs
