Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Richmond, VA! We’re a therapist and women-founded company that began in Washington state and is now also proudly local to Virginia. Our mission is simple: create a better, more supportive employment experience for school-based providers.

  • Location: Charles City Public Schools 
  • Primary Duties:
    • Student evaluations
    • IEP reports and meeting participation
    • Progress monitoring and documentation
    • School-based collaboration and team support

What You’ll Need

  • Master’s degree in School Psychology (preferred) 
  • Must possess or be eligible for a valid Virginia Pupil Personnel License with a School Psychologist endorsement
  • NASP certification a plus
  • Strong skills in assessments, IEP development, collaboration, and communication
