What You'll Do

• Prospect and connect with injury accident law firms nationwide.
• A set and introductory position.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct discovery conversations with attorneys and firm decision-makers.
• Present Lynch Strategic Advisors' services and value proposition.
• Manage follow-up activities and maintain accurate records within our CRM.
• Grow and maintain your own portfolio of accounts while generating recurring revenue.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development.
• Experience selling marketing, advertising, lead generation, legal marketing, or professional services solutions is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with injury accident law firms, attorneys, or legal industry decision-makers is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a personal book of business.
• Growth-oriented individuals who can identify opportunities, contribute to company expansion.
• Thrives in conducting outbound prospecting, networking, and business development activities.

Compensation & Flexibility

• Independent Contractor (1099) position.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
• Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential.
• $2500.00 for the first moth while you build client accounts
• Residual income opportunities on retained client accounts.

Guaranteed $2500 first month while you build your accounts. This is a revenue sharing position with residual income.
