The Telecommunication Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Telecommunications Operators and Guest Services teams. This role participates in hiring decisions, manages performance and disciplinary actions, and ensures staff adherence to departmental standards. The supervisor maintains equipment schedules, prepares operational reports to support departmental efficiency, provides reporting for other departments as needed, and reviews and approves departmental invoices.
Required Qualifications
Education:
GED or High School diploma
Experience:
4 to 5 years of supervisory experience
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Positive, energetic attitude with a commitment to high quality service.
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
