Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy professional to identify, evaluate, and implement new software, tools, and systems that improve productivity within the real estate business. This individual will become the internal expert on selected technologies and lead training for employees and agents across the organization. The role requires someone who enjoys learning new platforms, conducting research, and translating complex systems into simple, practical training for teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Research & Evaluation

  • Continuously research emerging software, platforms, and tools relevant to the real estate industry and related service sectors (title, mortgage, transaction management, CRM, marketing, automation, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities where new technology could improve efficiency, productivity, client experience, or revenue.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to leadership.
  • Compare solutions, costs, integrations, and potential ROI.

Implementation & Expertise

  • Once approved by leadership, become the internal expert on the selected technology or platform.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to implement the system effectively.
  • Develop best practices, workflows, and documentation for company use.

Training & Education

  • Design and deliver training programs for employees and real estate agents.
  • Conduct training sessions during office meetings, workshops, and one-on-one sessions when needed.
  • Create training materials such as guides, checklists, videos, and presentations.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for team members using new systems.

Ongoing Optimization

  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of implemented tools.
  • Gather feedback from agents and staff to improve workflows.
  • Stay up to date on industry technology trends and continuously propose improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable training both small groups and larger audiences.
  • Strong organizational and research skills.
  • Ability to evaluate technology and explain its business value.
  • Experience in real estate, technology implementation, training, or operations is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with real estate systems (CRMs, transaction platforms, marketing tools, MLS, etc.) is a plus.
