Job description

Job Summary:
Google is a leading technology company that builds products aimed at creating opportunities for everyone. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, working closely with stakeholders to manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for ensuring a documented alignment between GNT, New Product Development (NPD), and Global Network Deployment (GND) regarding the New Product Introduction (NPI) cohort.
• Ensure documented alignment between GNT, NPD, and GND for a deployment plan to fulfill the Life-Cycle-Management (LCM) plan for edge solutions.
• Ensure that the experience and needs of the Edge Capacity Delivery team are shared and factored into decisions across partner organizations.
• Create and manage a documented collaboration framework with GNS and GNT for NPI and LCM execution, including running communities and meetings.
• Execute assignments for selected strategic programs focused on improving On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience leading geographically dispersed engineering or program management functions in data centers, networking, or telecommunications.
• Experience in leading organizational transformation and managing change.
Preferred:
• Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with the deployment of technical infrastructure on a global scale.
• Ability to perform technical deep-dives into the design specifications of Google's network.
• Ability to upscale the organization by implementing best practices, identifying process gaps, and aligning horizontal processes.
• Capability to think strategically while maintaining a sense of urgency during execution.
