*Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, oncall, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply.Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Training and Facilitations-Provides training or facilitation services to a designated audience with a designated topic, monitoring training effectiveness for end users.

  • Program Development-Participates in planning, creation, design and development of programs and materials.

  • Collaboration-Collaborates with others and serves as a resource for adult learning models related to facilitation and basic instructional design.

  • Issue Resolution-Trouble shoot problems as they arise. Support team members in problem identification and resolution.

  • User Support-Provides end-user support and meets service level agreements.

Facilitates routine offerings, develops low complexity instructor led courses, and serves as consultant for basic level and audience offerings. Supports P2 and P3 colleagues for stretch assignments and development. Ability to travel between Cincinnati Children's locations.

  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • No work experience
