  • Drive strategic product vision and execution to directly expand patient access and elevate continuity of care across all clinical and business workstreams.
  • Lead end-to-end program delivery and governance by managing complex, integrated roadmaps, cross-functional dependencies, and multi-million dollar budgets to ensure on-time, high-impact product launches.
  • Harness cutting-edge healthcare innovation-including AI, predictive analytics, and industrial engineering frameworks-to translate user-centered design principles into scalable, modern healthcare solutions.
  • Optimize overall product health and operational outcomes by defining robust performance KPIs, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data insights, and continuously refining the full product lifecycle.
  • Build, mentor, and empower cross-functional teams of data scientists, design managers, and enterprise architects, fostering an inclusive, high-velocity culture biased toward action and continuous learning.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • 8+ years experience in product management and 4+ years people management experience.
  • Prior experience with data engineering, analytics, and/or AI deployment.
  • Prior experience with industrial engineering concepts or environment.
