Customs Compliance Specialist (Licensed)
Direct Hire, 100% onsite
Exempt, full time
Monterey Park, CA (possible hybrid)
Compensation range 90k-100k, DOE
Integr8staff is hiring a Licensed Customs Compliance Specialist for an established yet thriving custom brokerage firm and supply chain leader in the industry.
  • The role requires a strong understanding of CBP regulations, refund programs, and electronic filing systems
  • This role will focus primarily on recovering duties and tariffs through electronic refund mechanisms, including drawback and post-entry adjustments
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, filing, and managing customs refund opportunities, including tariff recovery and electronic drawback claims
  • Coordinate with internal brokerage teams to obtain necessary import documentation
  • Classify products under the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule and global tariff schedules
Requirements of the Licensed Customs Compliance Specialist role
  • The role requires a strong understanding of CBP regulations, refund programs, and electronic filing systems
  • Strong knowledge of CBP regulations and tariff classification
  • Understanding of post-entry amendments, PSCs, and protests
  • Monitor trade regulations and assess operational impacts for internal stakeholders
  • Customs Broker license required.
  • Must be local to commute daily to work
