43,600 - 53,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Support I (Machine Operations-Focused) to join our growing team!

This is a fully on-site position at our office, located at 2 Prologis Blvd, Mississauga, and requires attendance five days per week.
What you will accomplish with us:

• Operate assigned (less complex) equipment to process daily client jobs with 100% accuracy, in accordance with established procedures, client work instructions, and SLA deadlines.
• Set up equipment according to specifications and ensure required materials are available and prepared prior to production/processing.
• Perform quality checks during operation to ensure output meets required standards and specifications.
• Transfer completed product/output to the appropriate area (e.g., bin, staging area) in a timely and organized manner.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure optimal operating efficiency, following machine-specific maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues using prescribed instructions and escalate unresolved problems according to escalation procedures.
• Communicate with internal teams to share updates, explain issues, and receive instructions to support smooth workflow.
• Support office operations through recurring administrative tasks such as shipping documents/equipment/correspondence, scanning, filing, data entry, and requisitioning supplies.
• Manage correspondence and respond to routine requests while ensuring the quality and accuracy of information.
• Support projects and new initiatives as assigned.

What you will bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Administrative Technician education is an asset or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 1-3 years of related experience in an operations/production environment or equipment-based processing role (office-based processing experience is an asset).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes, routine procedures, and client work instructions.
• Basic technical/mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues and escalate appropriately.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage workflow efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Team player with a positive attitude and demonstrated willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
