Bilingual Data Entry Clerk
Ottawa / Vars, ON | 6-Month Temporary Contract | $20 to $23 per hour

Are you comfortable working with computers, entering data, and following up on orders?
Are you known for your accuracy, organization, and ability to keep information up to date?

A well-established company specializing in automotive transactions, vehicle auctions, and vehicle management services is currently looking for a Bilingual Data Entry Clerk to support its mechanical department.
This is a full-time, six-month temporary contract performed entirely on-site. The position is available immediately.

What Is Offered
Here is what is offered for this Bilingual Data Entry Clerk position : 
  • Hourly wage of $20 to $23, depending on experience
  • Full-time, six-month temporary contract
  • Stable daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
  • Enter and update information accurately in internal systems
  • Create parts orders and follow up with the appropriate contacts
  • Update reports, files, and information related to vehicles and mechanical work
  • Track parts, receipts, deliveries, and any missing information
Profile Sought
  • Experience in data entry, order processing, administration, or customer service
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
  • Able to communicate in both English and French
  • Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and available to start quickly

Il s’agit d’un contrat temporaire de six mois, à temps plein et entièrement en présentiel. Le besoin est immédiat.

  • Assurer le suivi des pièces, des réceptions, des livraisons et des informations manquantes
Profil recherché
  • Expérience en saisie de données, traitement de commandes, administration ou service à la clientèle
  • Bonne aisance informatique et connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Capacité à communiquer en anglais et en français
  • Personne organisée, fiable, précise et disponible rapidement
