The Host serves as the face of the restaurant and plays a critical role in setting the tone for the overall dining experience.The Host is responsible for creating a welcoming, high-energy first impression for guests in a celebrity-branded, upscale restaurant environment. This role manages reservations, seating flow, and guest communications while delivering exceptional hospitality that reflects the restaurant’s elevated brand standards.

  • Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and waitlists using reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable or similar systems)
  • Coordinate seating to ensure balanced service flow and optimal table turns
