Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner its hands-on recruiting partner responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent in Mexico while supporting broader Norh America talent iniciatives. Based in Monterrey, this role manages full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, builds local talent pipelines, and represents RailPros in the market through universities, career fairs, job fairs, professional networks, and community partnerships. The role also supports RailPros' Noth America internship program, helping create a consistent and engaging experience from campus outreach and candidate selection through program coordinator and conversion to full-time opportunities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions in Mexico, partnering with hiring leaders to understand business needs define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies. 
  • Source, attract, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct sourcing
  • Build and maintain strong local talent pipeline, with particular focus on engineering, technical, professional, and early-career talent relevant to RailPros' growth.
  • Represents RailPros at careers fairs, job fairs, university events, networking events, and other recruiting activities throughout the Monterrey market and, as needed, other locations in Mexico.
  • Develop relationships with universities, technical schools, student organizations, career centers, professional associations, and other community partners to strengthen Railpros' early-career and experienced-hire pipelines.
  • Support RailPros' North America internship program, including university outreach, intern recruiting, candidate coordination, program communications, intern engagement activities, and conversation of high-performing interns into future talent pipelines.
  • Screen applications, conduct recruiter interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present well-qualified candidates to hiring leaders.
  • Coordinate the selection process and maintain timely communication among candidates, hirign managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to keep hiring moving efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality candidate experience that reflects RailPros' culture and strengthens our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Track recruiting activity and outcomes, including pipeline health, time-of-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion, university recruiting results, and intern program metrics.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, labor-market conditions, sourcing practices, and talent competitors in Monterrey and Mexico; recommend new approaches that improve talent access and hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with broader North America Talent Acquisition tema to share candidates, market intelligence, recruiting practices, and resources accross Mexico, United States and Canada. 
  • Support employer-employer branding and talent-marketing activities that increase awareness of RailPros among target candidate populations.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support business and talent priorities.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • English/Spanish fluency: full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, including verbal and written communication.
  • Working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition practices. 
  • Strong sourcing capability across job boards, LinkedIn/social channels, professional networks, referrals, databases, and direct outreach. 
  • Ability to build credible relationships with hiring managers, candidates, universities, students, and external talent partners.
  • Strong interview, candidate assessment, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and recruiting activities simultaneously in a fast-peaced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in ATS data, candidate communication, event coordination, and reporting.
  • Comfort using recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communications tools.
  • Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and local labor-market information and translate them into practical recruiting actions. 
  • Strong written en verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; professional English proficiency is strongly preferred given the role's North American scope.
  • Ability and willingness to attend local recruiting events and travel periodically for university, career-fair, internships, and business needs.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Approximately 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a corporate, agency, RPO, or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting professional, technical, engineering, or other specialized talent.
  • Experience using an applicant tacking system and common recruiting/sourcing tools.

Preferred education and experience:

  • Experience recruiting in Monterrey and the broader Nuevo Leon market.
  • Experience supporting university recruiting, career fairs, job fairs, internships, or other early-career programs.
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, infrastructure, transportation, construction, professional services, or related technical industries.
  • Experience working with a North American or multinational organization and collaborating across counties and time zones.
  • Experience using recruiting analytics to improve sourcing, pipeline development, and hiring outcomes.
