Role Objectives:
Produce highly creative and original conceptual designs for tabletop games. Develop new tabletop games to final production-ready consumer products by working with both internal and external contributors. In addition, provide technical illustrations to assist model makers in Hong Kong to produce Moose product.
Qualifications:
• 5 + years of Tabletop Game development experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience of working on licensed items preferred but not required.
• Experience working on games for broad variety of ages (from 3 years - adults).
• Project management skills preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Present tabletop games to our retail customers in our showroom and occasionally at trade shows.
• Brainstorm and develop gameplay for new items.
• Be a member of the team that determines the next games Moose will create.
• Responsible to present new product concept ideas to Licensors, internal team and senior management.
• Apply prototyping skills to create models, including model making in 2D and 3D formats.
• Provide basic production direction, including creating drawings to help a model maker create a 3D representation of the design.
• Organize and facilitate game playtesting.
• Give direction to and collaborate with outside vendors and be responsible for managing their timelines and deliverables where applicable.
• Responsible to prepare submissions for licensors of game materials (concept, packaging, instructions, components, etc.) and maintain approvals records.
• Communicate with Licensors regularly via email and by attending virtual team meetings throughout the product development cycle, including answering questions, providing status updates and submitting ideas using the appropriate Licensing program.

Work Hours:
8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday
8:30am - 3:00pm, Friday
30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.
Hybrid working arrangement: Tues-Thurs in El Segundo office
Salary Band
USD $105,000-$110,000

• Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time
