We are hiring immediately for a Supply Chain Leader Trainee!

As a Supply Chain Leader Trainee in White Cap's Supply Chain Career Development Program, you will have the opportunity to engage in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and partner with your manager to develop the skills and knowledge that will accelerate your career through a 12-18 month training program. Throughout the program, you'll learn about the end-to-end supply chain workflow and lifecycle, gaining valuable experience in everything from the warehouse, where it all begins, to operations, distribution, management, and beyond.

A Supply Chain Leader Trainee at White Cap...

  • Experiences rotational assignments in various segments of the supply chain business with on-the-job training to learn business systems and processes, as well as company culture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
  • Able to start the program in June 2026.

  • Strong operations focus, including having the ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions and experience leading or building a team.
  • Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for supply chain and continuous improvement
