What we're looking for: 

Grad Dates: December 2027 & May 2028 grads 

Location: Miami, FL (Port of Miami office) 

Format: In Person Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday's 

Start Dates: February 2027 and August 2027 

About the Program: The Supply Chain Rotational Program is a two-year rotational program based in Miami, Florida, designed to build future leaders within Royal Caribbean Group's Supply Chain organization. Participants are hired at the Buyer II (Analyst) level and complete four, six-month rotations across core supply chain functions to build broad business exposure and accelerate development. Rotations are designed to provide hands-on experience across planning, supplier performance, food & beverage operations, and end-to-end supply chain/logistics. Throughout the program, analysts receive structured development, regular check-ins, and performance feedback at the midpoint and end of each rotation, along with exposure to key stakeholders across the organization. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to be considered for a Buyer III (Senior Analyst/Sr. Buyer) role, based on performance and business need. 

Sample Rotation Preview: 

Integrated Business Planning (IBP) - In this rotation, analysts support Integrated Business Planning by helping turn data into insights that strengthen forecasting and decision-making. Work may include building and maintaining reporting, supporting demand and supply planning routines, and partnering with stakeholders to improve visibility to performance drivers and trends. This rotation provides strong analytical exposure and an understanding of how planning connects priorities across teams. 

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) - Analysts in Supplier Relationship Management help strengthen supplier performance and collaboration across key partners. Responsibilities may include supporting supplier engagement routines, tracking performance metrics, coordinating issue resolution, and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives that support supply continuity, service levels, and cost and quality outcomes. 

Hotel Food & Beverage Operations - In this rotation, analysts support Hotel Food & Beverage supply chain operations by helping ensure the right products are available to support onboard dining and beverage programs. Responsibilities may include supporting purchasing and negotiations, monitoring supply and inflation impacts, assisting with planning and forecasting, and working cross-functionally with stakeholders to improve execution and operational outcomes. 

GMO Supply Chain / Logistics - Analysts in GMO Supply Chain / Logistics gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain execution and logistics planning that supports global operations. Work may include helping coordinate supply flow, supporting logistics and network initiatives, analyzing operational performance, and collaborating with partners to improve service, efficiency, and delivery outcomes across the supply chain. 

What we are looking for: 

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a similar field. 

  • Students graduating in December 2026 (available to begin February 2027) or May 2027 (available to begin in August 2027). 

  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis 

  • GPA of 3.5 or higher is preferred 

  • Proven leadership skills either in school or professional experience 

  • Exceptional communication skills 

  • High level of critical thinking 

  • Strong quantitative skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, PowerBI is preferred  

  • Ability to think strategically, while managing the details
