Job description

Your future role at a glance

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Facility: Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside Hospital

Department: Supply Chain Management

Schedule: Day | PRN | 7:30am - 4pm

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Coordinate daily supply chain operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels and uninterrupted availability of supplies that support exceptional patient care.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies while performing audits to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory within the ERP system by maintaining item records, executing product conversions, and supporting accurate supply data.
  • Monitor storeroom inventory, financial variances, and stock rotation practices to minimize waste, reduce expired products, and optimize inventory performance.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Materials Management, and clinical teams to ensure timely distribution of supplies and continuous support for hospital operations.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Mgmt. preferred.
  • Fellow specializing in Production & Inventory Mgmt. preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Warehouse or supply chain experience with strong customer service skills.
