The ideal candidate will come from an offshore service contractor, subsea installation contractor, marine construction, or offshore operations environment and possess a strong understanding of offshore project execution and scheduling best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

  • Track project progress, critical paths, milestones, resource allocation, and schedule performance.

  • Coordinate with project managers, offshore operations teams, vessel management, engineering, and clients to ensure schedule alignment.

  • Support offshore campaigns involving subsea installation, IRM activities, vessel operations, and field execution.

  • Identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.

  • Prepare schedule reports, progress updates, look-ahead plans, and management presentations.

  • Participate in project planning, forecasting, and execution meetings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project scheduling experience within offshore oil & gas, subsea, marine construction, or offshore services.

  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is required.

  • Experience supporting offshore vessel operations, subsea installation projects, offshore construction, or IRM campaigns preferred.

  • Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, critical path analysis, and project execution.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background
