Job Description

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Product Owner to support delivery of customer facing eCommerce capabilities across subscription, purchase, and account management journeys, including participation in global and multi market rollouts. This role works in close partnership with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and QA to shape solutions upfront, translate business goals into clear requirements, and drive effective execution in a complex, enterprise environment.

  • Support product discovery and feature definition in partnership with Product Managers
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and QA teams throughout sprint planning, execution, testing, and release readiness
  • Proactively identify and manage dependencies across teams, systems, and markets to maintain delivery momentum
  • Ensure solutions remain aligned to business objectives, customer experience goals, and platform constraints throughout delivery

  • Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management practices
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements, decisions, and trade offs to both technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating within large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders

Preferred (Optional) Experience
