Job description

We are actively looking for motivated individuals to join our production team who are seeking a Monday-Friday work schedule!
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Stainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying stain to cabinets, doors, panels, and other wooden surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish. The position requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Pull job or work order from the dry-erase board.
  • Read the sticker on the cabinet and match with the job number on the dry-erase board to determine the required color.
  • Retrieve the correct stain color from the stain room.
  • Apply the stain color onto the cabinet, door, panel, etc., using a spray method and hand wipe off the excess.
  • Load the finished piece back onto the rack for the finish line loader to process.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in staining or finishing wood products is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand work orders and job instructions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
