The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Document Review Attorney to assist with litigation and discovery matters. The attorney will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and coding documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and other discovery-related issues.

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze electronically stored information and other documents in connection with litigation and investigations.
  • Identify and code documents for relevance, responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality, and other applicable categories.
  • Conduct quality-control reviews and ensure accuracy and consistency in document coding.
  • Assist with identifying key documents, facts, and issues relevant to assigned matters.
  • Follow case-specific review protocols and meet established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support personnel as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound legal judgment when reviewing sensitive information.
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Prior document review or litigation experience preferred.
  • Experience using Relativity preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
