The Construction Coordinator oversees and ensures the successful installation of equipment and components for designated projects. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that contractors adhere to contracts, specifications, and schedules and that the project's objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the installation of equipment and components for projects, ensuring adherence to approved contracts and specifications.
  • Act as a liaison between the project management team and contractors, ensuring contractors uphold their responsibilities and maintain the expected standards.
  • Provide regular updates on project inspections, subcontractor performance, progress, and any potential delays to the project management team.
  • Identify and address on-site issues promptly to ensure the project remains on schedule. Collaborate with various teams to devise solutions to any challenges that arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments, stakeholders, and teams to ensure coordinated and successful execution of construction projects.
  • Engage in continuous process improvements, suggesting enhancements in tools and techniques related to construction coordination.

Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience in construction coordination or project management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison and reporting.
  • Proven ability to address and resolve project challenges and obstacles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
