The Electrical Solar Foreman will meet or beat the estimated labor hours and material dollars. Supervisory Responsibilities: The Electrical Solar Foreman will supervise electricians, solar installers, and any sub-contractor that are placed on their job site. Duties/Responsibilities:Once the company is awarded projects, a Project Manager will assign a project to you to manageManage your project from start to finishMust be willing to travel and work out of townYou will manage your project by coordinating with customers, contractors, and all tradesOrder and manage manpower, tools, and materials through vendors each day before the allotted timePlan, layout, installation of electrical wiring, roof racking, PV cables, inverters, wiring equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codesYou must be willing to make decisions and be accountable for themBe neat with installationsProblem-solving skillsYour goal would be to meet or beat the estimated labor hours and material dollarsAttend job meetings as requiredPerform weekly Tool Box talks and daily Site Safety ChecklistsAssist with field training and development of apprenticesPromote sales of added items the customer needsMake sure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
