About Us: Amsalem Business Travel is a global travel management company providing customized corporate travel solutions. Weโre looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Administrator to join our team and support day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing
- Enter invoices, receipts, and payments into the accounting system (QuickBooks or similar)
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reports
- Support the accounting and operations teams with data entry and filing
- Assist with expense tracking and vendor communication
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration preferredย
- Proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet software
- Knowledge in Microsoft dynamics and google suites is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage prioritiesย
- Preferred: Bilingual in Hebrew
Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible schedule
- Full time is required
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Hybrid schedule after 3 months of employmentย
