Location: In Office - Wayne, NJ
Schedule: Full-time
About Us: Amsalem Business Travel is a global travel management company providing customized corporate travel solutions. Weโ€™re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Administrator to join our team and support day-to-day financial and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Enter invoices, receipts, and payments into the accounting system (QuickBooks or similar)
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reports
  • Support the accounting and operations teams with data entry and filing
  • Assist with expense tracking and vendor communication
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration preferredย 
  • Proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet software
  • Knowledge in Microsoft dynamics and google suites is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage prioritiesย 
  • Preferred: Bilingual in Hebrew



Schedule & Compensation:
  • Flexible schedule
  • Full time is required
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience
  • Hybrid schedule after 3 months of employmentย
