Job Summary
We are seeking a Full time Social Media Coordinator and receptionist to join our team! As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be creating content across many different social media platforms, working on existing promotional campaigns, and maintaining a strong online presence. You will be creating and editing videos, posts, reels, YouTube informational films and content. You will also be maintaining the comments section of all posts, ensuring every message published on social media is in tune with our company message, and keeping up to date with the latest social media trends. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating content for a social media platform, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to run a successful social media campaign. The receptionist portion of your position involves answering phone calls and making appointments for potential and follow up patients.

Responsibilities 
  • Create content for social media across multiple platforms in a variety of formats
  • Monitor social media interactions across all platforms
  • Work closely with the rest of the social media team to stay on-brand and maintain an accurate voice across all platforms
  • Monitor social media trends with an eye for implementing them within the current marketing campaign
  • Manage and maintain a living social media calendar
  • Work closely with other teams as needed to ensure brand consistency
  • Create reports that show the progress and outcomes of social media campaigns
Qualifications
  • Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms, including understanding social media trends
  • Familiarity with computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite, photo editing software, and video editing software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Medical aesthetic SM sites, competitor analysis and content creation to make the practice stand out.
