Job description

Phillips Academy seeks a full-time Rink Operator who will be responsible for ensuring that the ice surface is properly prepared for use at the designated times. They will assist with the maintenance of the buildings and building systems, function and special event preparation and other tasks essential to the smooth operation of the facilities. They will assist with other business operations such as pro shop sales and service, and program administration. Rink Operators will take pride in the quality of the facilities, programs and services that we offer, ensuring that our customers enjoy a clean, safe, attractive and friendly environment. They must work their scheduled hours/shift unless manager/supervisor approves any changes. Schedule includes evenings and weekends. Please see full job description attached.

This position is eligible for full-time employee benefits.
