The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Americas LoB Field Marketing
Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square
Expected start date to end date: June 1, 2026 - May 30, 2027
Working hours: Full time 40 hrs./week
  • Assist with the overall project management and execution of a variety of field marketing events - both SAP-hosted and 3rd party sponsored, both physical and virtual events
  • Assist with the overall project management and execution of other field marketing campaigns related to paid media lead-generation tactics, customer community-building programs and more
  • Learn SAP's internal tools and processes to assist with campaign execution steps such as creating event invitations, building event registration pages, uploading interactions and responders post-campaign, purchase order requests, and more
  • Design, manage and send marketing newsletter updates to sales stakeholders
  • Develop written communications for internal and external audiences
  • Work with and managing agency resources for campaign execution
  • Use SAP analytics tools to access, analyze and report on results of marketing plans and tactics
  • Develop research projects for topics such as competitor analysis, market analysis, and internal process improvement

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
  • Education: currently pursuing a business related degree or focus in Marketing or Communications
  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program
  • Ability to self-learn quickly, ask questions and operate with autonomy within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
  • Project management and organizational skills, preferably in marketing and/or event management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High levels of tenacity, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in Marketing, particularly B2B marketing, the technology industry and building a long-term career at SAP
  • Current enrolled student or recent graduate with business degree or focus in Marketing or Communications
  • Available to work full time for 6 - 12 months.

Preference given to individuals with experience (employment or volunteer) in marketing, sales, and/or event management .
