  • Support the implementation of safety learnings & data programs, processes and dashboards for awareness and decision-making, including systematically ensuring representation and input from key internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve data pipelines, triage processes, and dashboard functionality to support efficient safety data reporting.
  • Leverage AI tools (LLMs/VLMs, prompt engineering, and context engineering) to assist with event summarization, semi-automated triage, and workflow automation.
  • Support the continuing development and implementation of successful operational safety and compliance programs.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Looker and Databricks to track safety data reports, learnings, and feature implementation.

  • Experience designing and maintaining dashboards in Looker, Databricks, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in analyzing technical, engineering or forensic data.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs/VLMs, prompt engineering, context engineering) for data analysis, triage, or workflow automation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating technical content clearly to both engineering and non-technical audiences.
Bonus Qualifications
