Job description

For 50 years, Dexstar Wheel has produced some of the highest quality American-made steel wheels for the marine, RV, utility, enclosed trailer and manufactured housing industries. Quality, strength and durability are our mission, and our team of American workers is dedicated to consistently providing wheels that set the standard for the entire industry.

Dexstar Wheel is the leading domestic steel wheel manufacturer and the largest steel wheel supplier to American trailer manufacturers and the RV industry. We are owned by American Kenda Rubber, which is located in Reynoldsburg, OH.

We are seeking Operators to fill positions on both 1st and 2nd Shift; one year of previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Applicants must be eager to learn new skills, interested in contributing to a team-oriented environment, be attentive to detail and be consistently productive and efficient. Starting hourly base payrate for an operator position is $19.12, with an additional shift differential for 2nd Shift employees . This position is a full-time non-exempt position with a minimum of 40 hours a week.
