JOB SUMMARY:
OnPoint is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, build, and support automation solutions that improve efficiency across the organization. This role focuses on developing scalable automation workflows and supporting the environments where those automations run. You will partner with business and technology teams to streamline processes and reduce manual work.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes.
  • Build automations using UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and scripting languages such as Python or C#.
  • Ensure automation, reliability, scalability, and maintainability with proper error handling.
  • Support and troubleshoot automation environments including virtual machines and bot runners.
  • Manage access, credentials, and permissions for automation processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business processes into automation solutions.
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization of automation workflows.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
  • Strong knowledge of RPA tools and automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python, C#, Java or similar languages.
  • Experience with APIs and SQL databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
  • Experience in automation, software development, or systems engineering.
  • Experience supporting Windows-based environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience designing enterprise automation solutions.
  • Experience supporting large-scale automation environments.
