Job description

University Frames provides custom diploma frames to colleges and universities across the country. We are dedicated to preserving diploma and achievement certificates from officially licensed schools for more than a quarter of a century!
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage current licensing programs
    • Managing licensed product processes
    • Tracks compliance and adherence to all contractual requirements with Licensing Specialists
    • Communicates royalty updates with reps and teams
    • Create and follow through on status updates for assign licensing projects
    • Create & maintain Licensing status reports (New, Renewals, Loss and/or Current Past Due)
    • processing royalty reports
    • Billing
    • Collection Calls
    • Create & maintain Billing/Collection status reports
    • Posting of Payments
    • Process Credit Memo
    • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
    • Must be highly proficient in Excel specifically VLookups, Pivot Tables & Spreadsheets
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Must have a high level of attention to detail
    • Experience and proficiency in and QuickBooks
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
    • Excellent communication skills including ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback and is a solid verbal and written communicator.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to view computer screen for long periods of time
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to hear and speak to communicate in person and over the telephone.
• Stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions.
• Strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 10 pounds.
