Full-Time CRNA Position Up to $300,000 annually Quality and Retention Bonuses  Monday-Friday Schedule Full Benefit Package! 

LifeLinc Anesthesiais seeking an experiencedFull time CRNAto join our team at TriStar Northcrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN. This position offers a Monday - Friday schedule, call opportunitiesand the ability to practice in an autonomous, yet highly collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional, cost-effective anesthesia care! 

About the Facility: 

TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center is a 109-bed acute care hospital dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of Robertson County, TN and the surrounding areas. The position offers a diverse case mix including general, orthopedic, endoscopy, and OB/GYN procedures. CRNAs practice in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with experienced anesthesia providers and supportive surgical staff. The hospital is committed to high-quality, patient-centered care and offers a stable, well-equipped setting for anesthesia professionals seeking both clinical variety and strong team support. 

 Schedule: Waterfall system 

Case Mix:  Most specialties; Does not includes cardiac or neuro cases. 

Call Requirements:  

  • 1:7 First and Second Call 
  • Guaranteed post first call day off 
  • In house call only if there is an active OB patient on the floor 

 Benefits: 

$215,000 annual Salary 

$75,000 call compensation 

$10,000 Quality/Retention Bonuses CME Reimbursement- $3,000  Health, Dental, Vision Insurancepremiums 100% covered for employees  Relocation Assistance 

Malpractice: Professional Liability will be covered byLifeLinc.

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties: 

  • The CRNA must function as a collaborator and team member to accomplish applicable goals and functions ofLifeLinc. 
  • Develop standards for continuity of care and case management. 
  • Remains cognizant of rules and regulation as they pertain to the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and remains compliant at a local, state, and federal level. 

 

Clinical Duties: 

The CRNA scope of practice includes, but is not limited to, the following: 

  • Performing and timely and accurately documentingapre-anesthetic assessmentsand patientevaluations, including requesting consultations and diagnostic studies; selecting, obtaining, ordering, or administering pre-anesthetic medications and fluids; and obtaining informed consent for anesthesia. 
  • Theday-to-dayresponsibility of the CRNA for this position will be toprovide professional anesthesiaservices to patients in accordance with the standard of care and state and federal laws and may include any of all of the following: 
  • Managing a patient's airway. 
  • Managing emergence and recovery from anesthesia. 
  • Releasing or discharging patients from a post-anesthesia care area, and providing post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care related to anesthesia side effects or complications. 
  • Responding to emergency situations by providing airway management, administration of emergency fluids or drugs, or using basic or advanced cardiac life support techniques. 
  • Additional nurse anesthesia responsibilities which are within the expertise of the individual CRNA. 

Communication: 

  • Attends meetings as needed 
  • Works with peers to obtain required information on a timely basis and to solve outstanding issues, as appropriate. 
  • Promotes and contributes positively to the teamwork of the department by assisting coworkers, contributing ideas and problem-solving with co-workers. 
Qualifications

Additional Qualifications: 

  • ACLS/BLS/PALS certification
