Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring an RN or LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a teenager in the comfort of their home in Dixon, Illinois.

Choose the daytime schedule that works best for you:

8:00 AM-5:00 PM
OR
8:00 AM-8:00 PM

This is a full-time opportunity that allows you to focus your time and nursing skills on ONE patient while building a meaningful relationship with the teenager and their family.

What You'll Do

As your patient's private duty nurse, you'll provide the skilled nursing care and support they need to remain safely and comfortably at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
Monitor your patient's condition and vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Provide case-specific skilled nursing care
Respond appropriately to changes in condition
Follow the individualized plan of care
Communicate with the patient, family, and Castor clinical team
Complete real-time nursing documentation during your shift

What You'll Need

Active Illinois RN or LPN license
CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Compassionate and dependable approach to care
Interest in providing one-on-one private duty nursing care
