What You’ll Do

As a Home Health RN, you’ll bring skilled, compassionate care directly to patients by:

  • Performing patient assessments, admissions, and ongoing care planning
  • Coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Delivering therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing care
  • Monitoring patient progress and updating plans of care
  • Supporting patients and families through all stages of care
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

What You’ll Need
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (ICU, Med-Surg, or Rehab preferred)
  • Home Health experience (a plus!)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
