The organization is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Skilled Nursing team at one of its esteemed communities, recognized as a "Best Nursing Home 2026" by U.S. News & World Report.

** Full-time ** Saturday, Sunday, and Monday ** 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM **** $40-$46/hr. (DOE) + $2.00/hr. Night Shift Differential

As an RN, you will be responsible for addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” A typical day may involve:

  • Creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors to engage in the daily routines of residents
  • Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments
  • Formulating care plans as necessary and effectively overseeing resident care
  • Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A valid RN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred
