Role Summary:
NurseAmerica
is seeking experienced and adaptable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a Critical Care Float Pool in Everett, WA. This high-impact role supports multiple acute care units, offering an exciting and dynamic opportunity for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments.


Position Overview

Float Pool RNs play a crucial role in ensuring uninterrupted, quality patient care across the hospital. You’ll bring your expertise to a variety of units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, Emergency Boarders, Locked Psych, and Long-Term Care. Flexibility and critical thinking are key to success in this role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct patient care across a variety of inpatient units

  • Support short-staffed teams with confidence and adaptability

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care

  • Respond to changing patient conditions and adapt plans quickly

  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
     


What We Need from You:

  • Active and unrestricted Washington RN License or Compact RN License

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • BLS certification (AHA required)

  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience in acute care

  • Excellent critical thinking and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently
