Job description

Edmonds Endoscopy Center is looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse Endoscopy to join our dedicated team.

At Edmonds Endoscopy Center, we offer our patients complete care of the digestive system. This includes everything from the evaluation to treatment, including endoscopy procedures.

 

What You will Do  (Job Summary)

Under the general supervision of the Administrator, the Registered Nurse Endoscopy is entrusted with delivering high-quality patient care through a structured process that includes comprehensive assessment, meticulous planning, effective treatment, and thorough evaluation. This role involves not only providing professional nursing care but also ensuring that each patient’s needs are met in a manner that prioritizes safety, compassion, and individualized attention. The Registered Nurse actively engages in educating both patients and their families, empowering them to make informed health decisions and manage their care with confidence. In fulfilling these responsibilities, the RN upholds a commitment to fostering a supportive and empathetic environment that aligns with the center's standards of care.

Monday-Friday work schedule

NO call required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

The starting pay range for this position is 40.00 - 56.65 per hour depending on experience.


Required Skills

 Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state of WA
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 1+ years' experience in PreOP/PACU preferred.     
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
  • Must have current BLS, ACLS accredited by AHA 
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
  • Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
  • Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians.
