RN PM Supervisor Job Description:  

FULL TIME POSITION, EVERY OTHER WEEKEND. The Registered Nurse PM Supervisor is a strong leader who serves as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care. Supports nurses in clinical assessments and documentation of services rendered. RN (Registered Nurse) PM Supervisor assists with scheduling and ensures adequate staffing coverage. Acts as family liaison.  

Shift is 2:30 to 10:30pm.


Requirements: 
  • Must have RN license in good standing in Illinois
  • 4-5 years leadership experience in the nursing field
  • Long term care experience preferred
  • BSN preferred
  • Must possess excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
  • Strong computer skills are essential
