Under the direction of the Director or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN assesses patient needs, develops nursing diagnoses and individualized care plans, implements appropriate nursing interventions, and evaluates patient outcomes.
