We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse Clinic Team Lead to join our team! Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred. If you enjoy working collaboratively with a team, are good with a computer, and have excellent organizational and customer service skills, this is the position for you! This position will be located at our new Rhinelander facility in Spring of 2027!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RN CLINIC TEAM LEAD (ORTHO)
Working as a Registered Nurse Clinic Team Lead will give you the opportunity to work with providers in all specialties, in a fast-paced environment to improve the lives of our patients. Don't fear the unknown. Our training is thorough, and we check in routinely to keep your learning moving in the right direction! Primarily you will be rooming patients, taking vitals and health history, providing concise reports to the treating provider. You will also assist in the plan of care, provide triage support and track lab and imaging results. Lead duties include assisting Clinical Leadership with meeting departmental financial goals, coordinating daily clinic operations, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, and assisting with rounding and performance reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RN CLINIC TEAM LEAD
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure, Compact Registered Nurse Licensure, or the ability to apply
  • Valid Driver's License and CPR Certification

WORK SCHEDULE
Clinics are open Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM. Staff manage their 40 hours over the 5 days.
