Lincolnshire Place of Sycamore is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our full-time healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and develop nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments and medications.
  • Assist with medical procedures and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health management strategies.
  • Participate in patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans based on patient needs.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during difficult times.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices in all nursing activities.

Requirements

  • Current Illinois RN/LPN license.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be able to demonstrate empathy and compassion while providing care to patients.
