Job description

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Heritage Trail Correctional Facility located in Plainfield, Indiana.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor (Medical) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.
• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Shift: full-time, days
