Job description:

Big Rig Garage is hiring aB-Level Body Paint Technicianto join our growing shop.

You'll work directly under a high-level foreman and handle a mix ofpersonal vehicles, light-duty trucks, and Class 8 equipment. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of jobs and handle bothbody repair and paint workstart to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Perform body repairs on cars, pickups, semis, and trailers

  • Panel repair and replacement (steel, aluminum, fiberglass)

  • Prep work: sanding, masking, priming

  • Paint work: spot repairs, panels, and blends

  • Match and blend paint for clean, professional finishes

  • Assist on larger or more complex repairs as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements

  • 2–5 years body shop experienceincluding paint

  • Ability to complete jobs from repair → prep → paint → finish

  • Comfortable spraying and blending

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Reliable and consistent

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with both automotive and heavy-duty equipment

  • Fiberglass repair

  • Welding or light fabrication
