Job description


This position typically starts at $18 per hour and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.
This role puts you right in the heart of a lively, fast-paced entertainment environment where you get to connect with guests and elevate their experience every day. You'll become the go-to expert for helping visitors navigate the Caesars Rewards program, solve account challenges, and keep everything running smoothly on the floor. With opportunities to collaborate across departments, resolve real-time issues, and authorize high-value perks, you'll play a key part in creating memorable guest interactions. This position also puts you at the center of a warm, welcoming environment where you get to greet guests, offer personalized service, and make every visit feel special. You'll keep the Laurel Lounge running smoothly by managing access, anticipating needs, and working as part of a fast-moving team that keeps the space spotless and inviting. Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready-to-learn attitude.
  • Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.
  • Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Provide Family Style Service and support all aspects of the Caesars Rewards loyalty program.
  • Responsible for maintaining daily procedures, which include discerning appropriate ID, filing, record keeping, problem solving and navigating various computer software/programs.
  • Assist guests with all data integrity account issues; including issuing Caesars Rewards cards, PIN creation, changes and resets, out of sync mail files, suspended accounts, returned mail, and research all account discrepancies and inquiries regarding tracked play and coupons
  • Help facilitate the front-line execution of various marketing efforts.
  • Issues new and replacement Caesars Rewards cards to guests
  • Stays knowledgeable and able to articulate to guests information about the various ongoing and future promotions.
  • Interact with other casino-related departments on a routine basis.
  • Be visible and available to listen to and discern guest concerns and quickly attempt to remedy different situations.
  • Manage guest lines in an efficient manner.
  • Perform all routine opening/closing responsibilities.
  • Always available to assist with other duties when necessary to support marketing efforts and or the Caesars Rewards loyalty program.
  • Verifies guest's eligibility to enter private Laurel Lounge areas and eligibility of guests. Maintains access to the VIP Laurel Lounge within department standards
  • Help service guests as necessary in a team aspect. Busses guest seating areas as needed in adjacent area.
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations and Missouri Gaming Commission regulations.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
  • Must pass the required background check.
  • Must be able to obtain a Missouri Gaming License
  • Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to type 30 - 35 word per minute. Previous computer skills preferred.
  • Must enjoy working with the public. Previous experience working in a customer service position.
  • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • Requires frequent, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
  • This position may require long periods of sitting, standing. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis, reach above head occasionally, bend below knee level occasionally, and rotate torso periodically.
