Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Licensed Journeyman Plumber with 10+ years in the field to join our team as a Plumbing Advisor. This is a consultant-style role focused on providing expert guidance on plumbing projects, supporting field teams, and helping ensure high-quality execution across all work.
This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired professional who is not currently working full-time and wants to stay active in the industry in a flexible advisory capacity.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on plumbing projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
  • Advise teams on cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and systems in residential infrastructure
  • Support troubleshooting of water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and related plumbing issues
  • Advise on water heaters, sump pumps, ejector systems, and other residential plumbing components
  • Ensure proper installation and maintenance practices for DWV and sanitary systems
  • Act as a mentor and technical resource for field technicians

Requirements

  • 10+ years of plumbing experience
  • Must be a Licensed Journeyman Plumber
  • Retired or semi-retired (not currently working full-time)
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems
