Job description

Our philosophy is to provide the most efficient and courteous valet services at affordable rates and ensure that every guest we serve feels special, secure, and respectfully cared for. We are located at luxury hotels, award winning fine dining restaurants, major health care facilities, financial institutions and at prestigious community events.
Elite Parking Services is hiring a full time Call Center Representative. Pay rate is $18.25/hour. Must be available to work 6am - 2pm, Wednesday to Sunday. We are looking for candidates who can commit to this established schedule.
What you'll be doing:
  • Handling incoming intercom calls
  • Providing instructions/support to customers regarding parking procedures
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Document customer interactions
  • Manage multiple calls/tasks efficiently

You have:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in using relevant computer systems, mobile devices and software
  • Ability to work well as a team player
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, positive demeanor, and adhere to company standards
