Restaurant Call Center SupervisorBerwyn, IL, 60402

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Call Center Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor call center metrics and provide feedback to team members to improve performance
  • Develop and implement call center policies and procedures
  • Train new call center representatives and provide ongoing training to existing team members
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
