• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status and history, utilizing structured tools and client interviews to gather comprehensive data.
• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, integrating evidence-based practices and appropriate therapeutic modalities.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through various formats, including individual counseling sessions, group therapy, and digital resources, focusing on long-term behavioral changes.
• Utilize tools and methods such as cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices to foster resilience and coping strategies in clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case supervision, sharing insights and strategies while also engaging in continued education and professional development opportunities.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide spectrum of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our goal is to provide culturally competent care that respects the individual experiences of each client, recognizing the importance of context in their healing journey. You will work closely with clients to build trust and help them navigate their emotional landscapes effectively.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.
• Licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Georgia is required.
• Minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical counseling or therapeutic environment, demonstrating proficiency in delivering mental health care.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on empathy, active listening, and interpersonal connection to foster therapeutic relationships.

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of utilizing trauma-informed care approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and telehealth technologies to enhance client engagement and care delivery.
• Advanced therapeutic skills such as EMDR, DBT, or family therapy techniques are advantageous.

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, reflective of experience and qualifications.
