The primary client population consists of individuals requiring specialized support for mental health challenges often associated with chronic or terminal illnesses. By providing trauma-informed care and focusing on each patient’s unique experiences, you will contribute to their emotional resilience and overall quality of life.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, that facilitate effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on collaborative support for clients.
• Ability to assess client needs and translate findings into actionable treatment plans.

While prior experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred, it is not mandatory. We value a passion for helping others and a commitment to client-centered care. Previous exposure to clinical settings dealing with mental health disorders, particularly trauma, anxiety, or depression, will be highly regarded.
